Biscotti

Biscotti is our most famous product and we offer it to our Internet customers for Online ordering in several varieties. Each biscotti is individually wrapped in FDA approved cello wrappers and then heat sealed to insure a long shelf life and sanitary presentation. Our Founder, Vivian Chisari, aka "Mama", personally makes the biscotti in the true Italian tradition. This twice baked biscotti is superior to any other biscotti. We sell our biscotti by the pound, and in ½ pound (8 oz.) boxes. The boxes contain 7 individually wrapped biscotti, and they make lovely gifts to a friend or loved one. There are approximately 12 to 16 pieces in each pound depending, on the variety. Each biscotti is about 5 inches long. Also in 8 oz. box that has 7 individually wrapped biscotti.

Mama makes her biscotti with only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Each log is handmade and cut, and then baked again. Several wonderful varieties are produced in her kitchen.

5. BISCOTTI al ANISE: The silken texture and wonderful anise flavor make this biscotti a particular favorite among Italians.
   
   
6. ORANGE CRANBERRY: This is our newest selection. Mama spent many hours perfecting this recipe. It is the only one that does not contain nuts of any kind. For that reason it is in a class of it´s own. It has become a very popular variety, and has made "MAMA" very proud.
